Supplementary insurance
Our care is recognized by most Swiss supplementary insurances (ASCA, RME). We recommend checking your coverage with your insurer before your first consultation.
Consider requesting a medical prescription from your doctor to facilitate reimbursement.
Cancellation policy
We understand that unexpected events can occur. We simply ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
In case of late cancellation (less than 24h) or no-show, the consultation may be charged.
